EMATOI（エマトイ）終了のお知らせ

EMATOI は、2026年10月3日（土）をもってサービスを終了しました。これまでご利用いただき、ありがとうございました。

デザインの作成、ご注文、会員登録、ログインはできなくなりました。

お客さまのデータについて

2026年11月2日（月）に、会員の情報（お名前・メールアドレスなど）、作成されたデザイン（会員登録せずに作成されたもの・公開されたものを含みます）、アップロードされた写真を削除します。
障害に備えたバックアップに残る分も、削除日から30日以内に消去します。
ご自身のデータの開示・削除や、ご自身が作成したデザインのデータのお渡しをご希望の方は、2026年11月1日（日）までに、ご登録のメールアドレスから下記の窓口へご連絡ください。削除した後はお渡しできません。
ご注文の記録（金額・日付など）は、法令で定められた期間保存したのち削除します。
Google アカウントでログインされていた方へ: EMATOI が Google から受け取ったログイン用の情報（トークン）は、当社で無効にし、上記の削除日に削除します。Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」に EMATOI が残っている場合は、お客さまご自身でもそこから削除できます。

サービスの終了後も、この窓口でお問い合わせと、個人情報の開示・訂正・削除のご請求を承ります。

EMATOI closed on 3 October 2026. Thank you for using the service.

You can no longer create designs, place orders, sign up or sign in.

On 2 November 2026, we will delete member information (such as names and email addresses), all designs (including those created without an account and those that were published) and uploaded photos.
Copies in backups kept for recovery from failures will be erased within 30 days after the deletion date.
If you would like us to disclose or delete your data, or to send you the data of designs you created, please write to the address below from your registered email address by 1 November 2026 (Japan time). We cannot provide the data after it has been deleted.
Order records (such as amounts and dates) are kept for the period required by law and then deleted.
If you signed in with a Google account: we will revoke the sign-in tokens EMATOI received from Google and delete them on the deletion date above. If EMATOI still appears under “Third-party apps & services” in your Google Account, you can also remove it there yourself.

This address remains open after the closure for questions and for requests to disclose, correct or delete your personal information.
